At Vivre Joi Jewelry, we currently ship within the United States only. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, and standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our pieces. If you receive a defective item, you may return it within 5 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please note that earrings, as well as custom or personalized items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service.
